Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking a Professional Learning and Development Manager in Indonesia, hybrid Jakarta with travel, to design and deliver professional learning for teachers and institutions across SE Asia. You will build trusted relationships, support product adoption and tailor content to local curricula, with academic credibility and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

Degree in Education, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.
Recognised English language teaching qualification such as DELTA, MA TESOL or equivalent.
Near-native or C2 level English proficiency with excellent communication skills.
Approximately 10 years of teaching experience in English language education.
Approximately 5 years of teacher training or professional development experience.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver professional learning experiences for Cambridge resources.
Provide academic credibility and insight to commercial colleagues.
Deliver academic consultancy, product training and professional development across Southeast Asia.
Travel across Indonesia and region for training and events.
