Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• 4–6 years in Learning & Development or similar HR role.
• Experience in training needs analysis, program development, and evaluation.
• Strong communication, facilitation, PM, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to analyze learning data and translate insights into improvement plans.

Responsibilities

• Identify employee training needs and conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Develop and implement learning and development programs aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate training sessions, onboarding, and other employee development initiatives.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify skill gaps and support development.
• Manage training schedules, materials, vendors, and budgets.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports on learning outcomes.
