Job summary

Evolene Indonesia is seeking a dynamic KOL Marketing Lead to drive brand ambassadors, exclusive talents, and community partnerships across planning to execution in Indonesia. You will build strong relationships with talents, develop campaign briefs and activation plans, coordinate with internal teams, and monitor performance to ensure alignment with brand objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business.
• 3+ years of experience in KOL/Influencer or community management.
• End-to-end campaign management experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Instagram/TikTok/YouTube trends.
• Experience mentoring teammates is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Brand Ambassadors, Exclusive KOLs, and community partnerships from planning to execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with talents while ensuring smooth communication and long-term collaboration.

• Monitor campaign deliverables, content quality, and talent performance to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for future improvements.
• Build and engage fitness, sports, and lifestyle communities through strategic activations and events.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Social Media, Production, and Event teams to deliver successful campaigns.
• Mentor junior team members and support daily workflow to ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality.

• Strong communication, negotiation, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the latest digital content trends.
• Experience leading projects or mentoring team members is an advantage.
• Passion for the fitness, sports, health, or lifestyle industry is a strong plus.
