Responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager with day-to-day running of your designated area of responsibility.
• Reference standard practices to process pre-artwork build activities and use artwork management tools.
• Project management: prioritise, plan, track, and report with stakeholders.
• Be single point of contact for designated area, owning client relationship with the Account Manager.
• Prepare quotes and invoices for client billing; report for internal purposes.
• Identify process improvements and support RFCs and system testing.
