• Proficient in data analysis, forecasting, and sales reporting.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop business relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to hit company targets.
• Conduct commercial negotiations on pricing, promotions, and partnerships.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPI achievement, and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, analyze data, and generate regular reports.
• Ensure promotional programs are implemented effectively in line with strategies and targets.
• Lead, guide, and evaluate the sales team to ensure target achievement.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
