Job summary

Puratos in Jakarta seeks a Key Account Specialist – Retail to manage national Retail Sales channels and Jakarta Megacity retail business, reporting to the Retail Channel Sales Lead. The role is to develop, promote, and manage sales activities with key customers to hit Sales Budget and drive brand presence.

The candidate should hold a Diploma or Bachelor degree with at least five years in sales, including three years in Key Account roles, preferably in Food or FMCG.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of work experience including 3 years in Sales/Key Account roles.
• Experience in Food or FMCG retail channel preferred.
• Proficient English at business level.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and organize sales and marketing activities.
• Engage with key customers to leverage the portfolio and drive product development ideas.
• Develop plans based on market assessment to accelerate business growth in the area.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration in achieving targets.
