Job summary

Under minimal supervision, you will liaison between technologists and stakeholders, analyze requirements, design solutions, and support end users with troubleshooting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field or equivalent
• 5+ years IT/business experience with at least 3 years as a business analyst
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between technologists and stakeholders
• Establish relationships with business partners to support objectives
• Analyze requirements and translate them into IT solutions
• Assist business in defining and designing new solutions and document them
