Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Accounting with GPA above 3.00.
• 3–5 years of experience leading or mentoring analysts.
• Proficiency with SQL, database design, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, Visio or EA.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current systems and processes to identify gaps and improvements.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Document interfaces, technical specs, and data flows.
• Lead junior analysts, mentor, and ensure deliverable quality.
• Translate requirements into solution designs with IT and business teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Design and oversee testing programs including UAT.
• Train users and prepare training materials; provide post-implementation support.
• Conduct vendor evaluations and cost/benefit analyses.
• Support change management and assess risks.
• Prepare and present solution proposals and progress reports.
