Job summary

PT. SINARMAS DISTRIBUSI NUSANTARA is seeking an IT Solutions / Business Analyst to gather requirements, design end-to-end IT solutions, and oversee deployment. You will translate business needs into functional specs, collaborate with development teams, and ensure ERP integration and data accuracy.

Strong communication with stakeholders is essential for success. The role requires a Bachelor's in IT/CS/IS, 2–3 years of experience, and proficiency in SQL, ERP systems, and UAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT solution, business analysis, system analysis, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of business processes and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements and solutions.
• Experience preparing and maintaining project documentation.
• Experience with development/technical teams during delivery.
• Good understanding of ERP systems and integration.
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases for data analysis.
• Good understanding of system integration and data flow.
• Experience in functional testing and UAT.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work with business users, IT teams, customers, and external partners.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate business and technical requirements from stakeholders to identify operational challenges.
• Design end-to-end IT solutions, integration plans, and system architectures aligned with business goals.
• Lead or assist in installation, configuration, testing, and deployment of new technology.
• Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear manner.
• Provide advanced technical guidance, resolve complex system integration issues, ensure infrastructure stability.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal developers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
