Job summary

Matahari is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT initiatives in Karawaci, Tangerang. You will own the project lifecycle from initiation through delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing budgets and risks to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in IT/IS and 5+ years in IT project management. Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum is a plus; PMP preferred. Willingness to work in Karawaci, Tangerang is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, information systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, and delivery).
• Develop project charter, timeline, budget, risk assessment, and project plan.
• Manage stakeholders, project team, and cross-functional coordination.
• Monitor project progress, ensure quality delivery, and provide regular reporting.
• Handle change management process including RFC and Change Advisory Board (CAB).
• Ensure project documentation, user training, and handover to IT Operations.
• Manage project budget and ensure delivery within scope, time, and cost.
• Provide guidance and direction to team members.
