Job summary

PT Mitra Mandiri Informatika is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead large ERP software implementations from initiation to closure. You will develop comprehensive project plans, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery on schedule.

Strong analytical and people management skills are required, with preference for CMMI understanding. The role requires 4–5 years of IT project experience, fluency in English and Indonesian, and a background in software development or ERP

Qualifications

• Education in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of IT software project implementation experience.
• English and Indonesian language proficiency.
• Experience with large-scale ERP software implementations.
• Strong project management and people management abilities.
• CMMI knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create Project Management Plan and Schedule.
• Deliver implementation projects on schedule.
• Report weekly on project progress to PM Leader.
• Direct and manage project development from initiation to closure.
• Develop full-scale project plans and communication documents.
• Plan timelines, milestones, and track deliverables.
• Prepare progress reports, requirements docs, and presentations.
