Job summary

PT. Metrodata Electronics, Tbk is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage IT projects from planning through delivery in Jakarta.

You will align with business users, developers, IT teams, and vendors to ensure milestones, timelines, and budgets are met, while maintaining comprehensive project documentation and status reporting. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in project coordination within IT, familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall, strong planning and communication skills, and a willingness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO, Junior PM, IT Project Officer, or related IT role.
• Experience in IT project implementation and/or software development projects.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong planning, coordination, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
• PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate IT projects from planning, execution, and monitoring through completion.
• Develop project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and project plans per scope and targets.
• Coordinate with Business Users, Developers, IT Teams, Vendors, and stakeholders to deliver as planned.
• Monitor progress, scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
• Identify and monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; assist in solutions.
• Ensure tasks and deliverables meet timeline and quality standards.
• Facilitate project meetings, progress updates, and action item follow-ups.
• Prepare and update project status reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation including plans, minutes, logs, and closure docs.
• Help ensure delivery within scope, timeline, quality, and requirements.
