PT. ENERGI JARING KOMUNIKASI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT projects, guiding them from initiation through closure.

The role requires steering cross‑functional teams and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of system implementations and digital transformations. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field, with strong planning, budgeting, and problem-solving capabilities, and familiarity with Java Card/APDU

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
Strong planning, scheduling, and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, to project closing.
Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and project budgets.
Coordinating with stakeholders.
Serving as the primary Point of Contact (PIC) for client communication.
Identifying and resolving project issues and bottlenecks.
Preparing regular project progress reports.
Overseeing implementation through to project completion.
Proven experience in managing IT projects such as system implementation, application development, or digital transformation
Manage scope changes (change requests) and assess their impact on timeline and budget.
Facilitate project meetings including kick-off, status updates, steering committee, and project review sessions.
