Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Senior IT Coordinator to maintain our hardware, software, and network infrastructure in Jember, Indonesia. You will be the first line of IT support and liaison to our European headquarters, ensuring uninterrupted daily operations.

Responsibilities include user support, client management, network upkeep, IT security, and meticulous documentation and inventory management. A strong background in Windows, MS 365, and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/Diploma or S1/Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or equivalent
• Willing to work in Jember, Jawa Timur
• 3+ years in IT support or administration of Windows workstations
• Good knowledge of Windows 11
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook/Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune
• Knowledge of setting up/troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals
• Understanding of IT security, MFA, encryption, endpoint protection, firewall and permissions concepts
• English written and spoken for coordination with Europe IT team
• Structured, analytical, independent, reliable mindset
