Job summary

PT. AKULAKU FINANCE is seeking an IT Governance professional responsible for risk assessments, compliance framework development, and policy maintenance to protect data and meet regulatory requirements.

The role involves educating staff on IT policies, monitoring control effectiveness, coordinating auditors, and reviewing governance documentation to ensure proper access and risk mitigation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience in IT governance and risk controls directly relevant to the role.
• Certifications CRISC and/or CISA considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and evaluate IT risks.
• Develop and maintain a compliance framework to meet requirements.
• Develop and update IT policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Communicate and educate employees on IT policies and compliance expectations.
• Monitor and assess effectiveness of controls and propose improvements.
• Act as primary contact between the organization and internal/external auditors.
• Review documentation related to IT governance, risk, and compliance.
• Ensure users have appropriate access to protect data and meet regulations.

Requirements:

• 2. Minimum 3-5years of experience asITGovernance
• 3. HaveanexperienceinConsultingandFinancialservices would be a plus
• 4. RelevantcertificationssuchasCRISC,CISA would be a plus
