Job summary

PT. AKULAKU FINANCE is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our finance team in Jakarta. The role focuses on daily bank reconciliation, transaction matching, and maintaining accuracy between banking records and accounting entries.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in accounting or treasury, with fintech/digital banking exposure. You will monitor expenses, manage banking activities, and support month-end close and regulatory reporting for multifinance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Treasury, or Financial Reconciliation.
• Experience in fintech, digital banking, or multifinance/financial services is preferred.
• Experience in bank reconciliation, operational expense management, and Payment Gateway reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank reconciliation, review bank transactions, and ensure all transactions are recorded and matched with accounting records.
• Monitor and maintain operational expenses, including expense verification, recording, tracking, and reconciliation to ensure proper expense control.
• Handle daily banking activities, including bank account management, payment processing, transaction monitoring, and coordination with banks when required.
• Manage and perform regular Payment Gateway reconciliation, identify transaction discrepancies, and coordinate with relevant teams or PG providers for resolution.
• Prepare and review financial reconciliation reports and regulatory reporting for multifinance, support month-end closing activities, and ensure financial records and regulatory reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

Requirements:
