Mekari, Indonesia's leading SaaS company, invites a Senior Strategy and Ops professional to own internal digitalization end-to-end in Jakarta. You will identify manual processes, shape the solution, and set the roadmap as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering.

You will build MVPs and prototypes using AI-assisted vibe coding or low-code platforms, then partner with Solution Engineers for production-grade builds, measuring impact across sales, CRM, finance, and ops.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product management, or related analytical roles
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or technical field
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to design and deliver projects start-to-finish with minimal supervision
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted prototyping / vibe coding and low-code/no-code platforms
• Product sense to turn ambiguous problems into clear requirements and priorities

Responsabilidades

• Own the internal digitalization roadmap and act as product owner for internal tooling
• Build MVPs or prototypes using AI-assisted vibes or low-code tools and hand off to engineers for production
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and scope
• Define success metrics and measure adoption post-launch
