Job summary

Mekari is seeking a Product Strategy & Internal Tools Lead to own the digitalization of internal operations end-to-end. You will define what to build, prioritize the roadmap, and prototype with AI-assisted vibe coding or low-code platforms, then hand off to engineers for production-grade builds.

Collaborate with sales, CRM, finance, and ops to translate pain points into clear requirements, write user stories, and track delivery. Drive rapid experimentation and impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product management, project management, or related analytical/delivery role.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or technical discipline.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on capability with AI-assisted prototyping / vibe coding and low-code/no-code platforms or eager to learn them.

Responsibilities

• Own as the product owner for internal tooling; decide what gets built and priority.
• Build simple tools, MVPs, and prototypes using AI-assisted vibe coding or low-code/no-code platforms.
• Pair with Solution Engineers to deliver production-grade builds when needed.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and scope.
• Define success metrics for tools and measure adoption post-launch; iterate for impact.
