Job summary

Mekari is seeking a results-driven professional to lead the digitalization of internal operations. You’ll own internal tooling, build MVPs, and pair with engineers for production builds, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and the build.

You will prioritize based on business impact, design for users running sales, CRM, finance, and ops, and translate needs into clear requirements with measurable success metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product management, project management, or a related analytical/delivery role.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or technical discipline.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on capability with AI-assisted prototyping / vibe coding and low-code/no-code platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the digitalization of internal operations end-to-end, from spotting inefficiencies to shipping solutions.
• Be the product owner for internal tooling and define prioritization based on business impact.
• Build simple tools, MVPs, and prototypes yourself using AI-assisted vibe coding or low-code/no-code platforms.
• Translate needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and scope.
• Run delivery as project lead with schedules, risks, and cross-functional alignment.
• Define success metrics and measure adoption and impact post-launch.
• Write clear documentation, SOPs, and intake/scoping criteria for internal solutions.
• Continuously challenge processes and propose better ways of working.
