Job summary

PT Land Studio Prestasi in Jakarta is seeking a capable designer to manage and run design and construction projects under the direction of the Design Director. You will take ownership of projects and ensure timely delivery while liaising with consultants and contractors.

The role requires proficiency in drafting, ArchiCAD knowledge, and strong technical building knowledge. You will be involved in all aspects of the design and implementation process and may work independently or in a small team.

• Applicants should be proficient in drafting.
• ArchiCAD knowledge is preferred, training provided.

• Prepared to be involved in all aspects of design and implementation process.
• Able to manage and take responsibility in team or individually.
• Experience up to 5 years preferred.
