• Strong technical drawing skills and ability to interpret and produce detailed construction documents
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software (Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or similar)
• Expertise in architectural detailing, materials, and finishes for high-end developments
• Excellent understanding of local building codes and construction standards
• Strong conceptual thinking and design creativity, merging functionality and aesthetics
• Ability to work independently and lead project tasks while collaborating with the team
