Job summary

Pangkat Dua is looking for an Architect to join our Design Team in Jakarta. You will develop architectural designs from concept development to technical drawings (DED) and coordinate with internal teams to ensure designs are functional, buildable, and aligned with project requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and 2–4 years of experience, proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• 2–4 years of Architect experience; juniors with strong portfolios considered.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp or Revit.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from concept development to technical drawings (DED) and project implementation.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Team, Estimator, Procurement, and other related disciplines to ensure design feasibility.
• Prepare and ensure the accuracy of architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Develop design presentations, sketches, moodboards, and 3D concepts as required.
• Review and revise designs based on client feedback, technical requirements, and site conditions.
• Maintain organized project drawings, revisions, and design documentation.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing architectural designs from concept development to technical drawings (DED), while coordinating with internal teams to ensure each design is functional, buildable, and aligned with project requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the architectural design process from concept development to technical drawings (DED) and project implementation
• Develop architectural concepts based on client briefs, spatial functions, aesthetics, and project identity
• Prepare and ensure the accuracy of architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
• Develop design presentations, sketches, moodboards, and 3D concepts as required
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Team, Estimator, Procurement, and other related disciplines to ensure design feasibility
• Review and revise designs based on client feedback, technical requirements, and site conditions
• Support project implementation through design supervision and site visits
• Provide design solutions for technical or design issues encountered during construction
• Ensure designs comply with project specifications, budget considerations, technical standards, and applicable building regulations
• Maintain organized project drawings, revisions, and design documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• 2–4 years of experience as an Architect. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may be considered for Junior Architect positions
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant architectural design software
• Good understanding of technical drawings (DED), construction details, materials, and basic construction methodsAble to translate design concepts into accurate and buildable technical drawings
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good coordination and teamwork skills across different project functions
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-based environment and meet deadlines
