Job summary

PT AWP INTERNATIONAL DESIGN CONSULTANT IDN is seeking a Senior Interior Designer with a Degree in Architecture or Interior Design and at least 10 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on workplace, hospitality, and institutional projects, requiring strong design presentation skills and knowledge of building services.

The candidate should be adept at interior design details, working drawings, and familiar with local construction practices, materials, and site coordination with clients

Qualifications

• Relevant Architectural or Interior Design degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with workplace, hospitality, institutional projects preferred.
• Strong design presentation and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of interior design details and building services.

We are looking for Senior Interior Designer with the following requirements:

Relevant Architectural or Interior Design Degree - min. 10 years of relevant experiences

Workplace, Hospitality, Institutional projects

Design Flare, strong in design presentation (visual & communication) and technical knowledge in building services

Have strong construction knowledge of interior design details, working drawings and local construction practices including materials

Tactful in handling clients and contractors/ sub-contractors

To have site experience

Rendering skill will be a plus

Specialty in workplace strategy will be a strong plus

Proficiency in English (prerequisite)
