PT AWP INTERNATIONAL DESIGN CONSULTANT IDN in Jakarta seeks a Senior Architect to support the principal architects during the design stage, oversee the submittal process, assist during tendering, and manage projects using BIM.

This role also oversees construction phase work, ensures adherence to architectural standards and codes, and requires strong design, detailing and construction experience across building types, with Revit BIM and fluent English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) using Revit.
• Proficiency in English (prerequisite).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction industry.
• Understanding of submittal process and coordination.
• Architecture and Project Management skills.
• Experience in design, detailing and construction with different types of buildings (Residential Tower a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

This is a contract role for a Senior Architect located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Senior Architect will be responsible for supporting the principal architects during design stage, overseeing the submittal process, providing assistance during tender process, managing projects, and utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM). The Senior Architect will also oversee projects during construction stage and ensure adherence to specific architectural standards and codes.

Qualifications

Architecture and Project Management skills

Minimum 15 years of experience in construction industry

Understanding of submittal process and coordination

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Experience in design, detailing and construction experience with different types of buildings (experience in Residential Tower is a plus)

Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or related field

Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) using Revit

Proficiency in English (prerequisite)
