Job summary

PT AWP INTERNATIONAL DESIGN CONSULTANT IDN is seeking a Project Administrator in Jakarta Pusat to support project teams from design through construction completion. You will manage documents, communications, and records, ensuring smooth administrative operations across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Architecture with at least 3 years of related experience, strong English proficiency, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture with project management & architectural operations.
• Strong administrative assistance and clerical skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in architecture/design.
• AutoCAD/BIM awareness is a plus.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture with strong preference in project management & architectural operations
• Strong administrative assistance and clerical skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other project management/document sharing tools (e.g., Procore, SharePoint, Aconex, ACC)
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role, preferably in an architectural or design firm
• Professional fluency in both written and verbal English
• AutoCAD/BIM awareness is a plus
