DXC Technology Inc. in Indonesia and the Philippines seeks an experienced senior sales leader to drive growth in our insurance software business.

You will expand strategic relationships with life, general, health, and commercial insurers, lead enterprise sales cycles, and position modern insurance platforms, SaaS, cloud, AI, and digital transformation solutions.

The role requires deep market knowledge, C-level engagement, and a proven record of closing large, complex transformation deals.

Formación

• 20+ years of enterprise software or IT services sales experience.
• Strong experience selling into the insurance industry in Indonesia and Philippines.
• Proven track record of closing large and complex transformation deals.
• Experience selling Insurance core systems, SaaS platforms, Cloud solutions, Digital transformation services, AI and automation solutions.
• Strong network within Indonesia and Philippines insurers and insurance ecosystem.
• Experience working with C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.
• Understanding of Indonesia and Philippines business culture and enterprise decision-making processes.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across the Indonesia and Philippines insurance market.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for Tier-1 and mid-market insurers.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, COOs, Heads of Distribution, Claims, and Operations.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles including qualification, solution positioning, proposal management, and contract closure.
• Identify opportunities for Core platform modernization, digital transformation, SaaS platforms for Insurance sector.
• Expand footprint within existing clients through Protect–Expand–Transform strategies.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field

MBA preferred
