• 20+ years of enterprise software or IT services sales experience.
• Strong experience selling into the Indonesia and Philippines insurance markets.
• Proven track record of closing large, complex transformation deals.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth in Indonesia and Philippines.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from qualification to closure.
• Develop strategic account plans for Tier-1 and mid-market insurers.
• Represent organization at industry forums and executive events.
• Forecast, manage pipeline, and hit revenue targets.
