Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Insurance, with software development exposure.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language and development method.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to software development projects by writing, testing, and debugging code, with emphasis on complex components.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project requirements, participate in design and code reviews.
- Provide technical expertise and act as SME in specific domains.
- Solve complex technical challenges and propose solutions.
- Define software requirements and specifications.
- Debug and troubleshoot production issues with operations and support teams.
