DXC Technology is seeking an experienced senior sales leader to grow our insurance software business in Indonesia and the Philippines. You will drive strategic accounts, engage C-level executives, and lead complex enterprise sales from qualification to close, focusing on PAS, claims, billing, distribution, and digital platforms.

Qualifications
- 20+ years in enterprise software or IT services sales.
- Proven ability to close large, complex transformation deals.
- Experience selling insurance core systems, SaaS, cloud or AI solutions.
- Strong C-level engagement and regional insurer networks.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business and revenue growth across Indonesia and Philippines insurance markets.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for Tier-1 and mid-market insurers.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, COOs and heads of distribution.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles: qualification, positioning, proposals, negotiations, closures.
- Position Core platform modernization and SaaS/cloud solutions for Insurance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support client transformation programs.
