Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
5+ years of Senior Sales experience in HVAC (chiller), pump, cooling tower, contractor, elevator.
Experience selling to contractors, consultants, or company owners and handling projects.
Knowledge of Building HVAC, Fire Protection, and Controls preferred.
Experience in Building industry preferred.
SAP knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers including key decision-makers and frontline stakeholders.
Plan annual secured order strategy aligned with Department goals and achieve YOY growth in the region.
Prepare tenders and proposals to customers; lead negotiation and/or bidding to optimum profit levels and close orders.
Responsible for payment collection.
Provide monthly reporting on secured revenue and nonfinancial metrics to management.
Develop relationships to maintain long-term service relationships and customer satisfaction.
Develop sales leads and identify customer requirements.
Monitor competitors’ activities and report findings.
Independently develop and follow up projects to provide solutions.
Promote Johnson Controls policies and procedures.
