Job summary

PT.China State Construction Overseas Development Shanghai is seeking an experienced HVAC Design Engineer to lead design production and manage all stages of HVAC design for major projects in Indonesia. The role requires coordination with consultants, supervisors and contractors, ensuring progress, quality and cost control.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in mechanical design, familiarity with British/American standards, and expertise in AutoCAD and BIM tools like Revit.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years experience in mechanical engineering design, with at least 2 large-scale project design experiences.
• Proficient in reviewing HVAC design drawings, calculations and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC design production and manage the HVAC design work across scope, requirements, progress, quality and costs.
• Coordinate with design consultants, project supervisors and contractors; review and revise contract design documents.
