Job summary
PT CTCI International Indonesia is seeking an experienced HVAC Design Engineer to lead the design of HVAC systems for commercial and industrial facilities. The role requires collaboration with the Lead Engineer, reviews of standards, specifications, and calculations, and delivery of comprehensive design packages for procurement and construction.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in engineering consultancy, EPC, or HVAC vendor segments, with strong skills in P&ID, AutoCAD, Carrier HAP, and Revit,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or HVAC engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years in engineering consultant, EPC contractor, or HVAC vendor.
- Experience in bidding, procurement support, and project execution is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HVAC Lead Engineer to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Review requirements, specifications, applicable codes and standards, HVAC calculations, drawings, and engineering quantities, and participate in design reviews and QA activities.
- Design HVAC systems for commercial and industrial projects including ducting, chilled water, cooling water, electrical power supply, and control systems.
- Develop and review engineering deliverables such as Design Basis, Specifications, Datasheets, P&ID, D&ID, Airflow Diagrams, layouts, and equipment schedules.
- Perform load analyses, pressure drop, duct sizing, equipment sizing and selection, and psychrometric analysis.
