Job summary

Talent Insider seeks a seasoned Head Of Shared Services And HRIS in Jakarta to lead the development, design and implementation of the Shared Service function, aligning HR processes, tools and metrics with strategic goals.

In this role you will drive transformation across HR operations, oversee efficient transaction processes and data analytics, act as a change agent, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering superior service to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR with at least 5 years in managerial role overseeing HR Shared Services.
• Experience transforming HR processes and implementing HRIS.
• Strong analytics and ability to present insights to executives.
• Ability to drive change and manage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, design and implementation of the Shared Service function including processes, tools and metrics.
• Oversee development and implementation of efficient transaction processes, teams and support systems aligned to HR goals.
• Act as a change agent to drive innovation and process improvements across the organization.
• Ensure HR service levels are met and operation metrics trend positively.
• Oversee organizational processes to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Analyze large data sets into insights and present to senior leaders; establish metrics.
• Ensure operations are effectively supported by technology.

• Lead The Development, Design And Implementation Of The Shared Service Function Including The Processes, Tools And Metrics That Optimize HR And Employees Services And Solutions
• Oversee And Ensure The Development And Implementation Of Efficient Transaction Processes, Teams And Support Systems That Are Aligned To The Strategic HR Goals
• Act As A Change Agent To Drive Innovation And Process Improvements Across Organizations
• Ensure HR Service Levels Are Met And Exceeded And All Operation Metrics Are Trending In A Positive Direction
• Oversee And Implement An Effective Organisational Processes/procedures To Ensure Operational Compliance With All Applicable Regulations
• Effectively Analyse Large Amounts Of Complex Data Into Relevant Insights And Usable Information; Presentation Of Insights To Senior Business Leaders In A Logical, Concise Manner; And Establish Appropriate Metrics Through Use Of Data
• Ensures The Effectiveness Of Day To Day Operation Through Technologies That Meet And Optimize The Needs Of Business And Its Various Stakeholders

Requirement

• Proven track record with ideally more than 10 years of experience in various HR areas, with at least 5+ years in managerial level handling end-to-end HR operational excellence within HR Shared Services processes and practice
• Experiences in driving transformation and implementing updated HR processes and HRIS
• Demonstrated leadership experience in project management, organisational, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to professionally interact across all levels of stakeholders across all entities
• Demonstrated capability to take a data-driven approach to strategy development and high process-oriented operational management
• Strong business acumen to understand and translate business challenges and objectives
• Strong agile mindset and passion for technology with exposures working in dynamic and complex organization structure
• Strong data anaytics background with regards to Human Resources Management and/or People Analytics
