Job summary

Confidential Company seeks a senior HR leader to run end-to-end HR operations in Kupang, driving recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance with BPJS and C&B. You will shape HR policies and HRIS, act as a strategic partner to leaders on org design, manpower planning, talent, and change management.

You will coach managers on people management, drive engagement and culture, and lead a high-performing HC team, ensuring data-driven HR reporting and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Management, Law, or related field.
• 7-15 years HR experience, including 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in both HR operations and business partnering.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; strong communication and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, BPJS, C&B, performance, L&D, and offboarding.
• Develop and improve HR policies, SOPs, and HRIS.
• Manage industrial and employee relations in compliance with Indonesian labor law.
• Act as a strategic HCBP to leadership on org design, manpower planning, talent, and change management.
• Coach managers on people management and team performance.
• Drive engagement, culture, and data-driven HR reporting.
• Lead and develop the HC team.
