Job summary

PT Multikarya Asia Pasifik Raya is seeking an experienced HSE professional in Indonesia to implement and monitor the Quality Management System and K3LL, and to conduct safety inductions for new employees, contractors, and guests. This role reports directly to the HSE Manager and emphasizes maintaining documentation and driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, and environmental protection.

Ideal candidates have a K3 or related degree, at least 3 years of experience, AK3 Migas/Umum

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in K3 or equivalent.
• Minimum experience 3 years.
• Familiar with Pertamina Regulation (SIMLOK, SIKA, JSA, others).
• Good knowledge about K3.
• Hold valid certification of AK3 Migas/AK3 Umum.
• Understand ISO 9001:2015 and OHSAS procedures.

Responsibilities

• Implement the work plan of the Quality Management System and K3LL.
• Monitor and analyze the work plan for the Quality Management System and K3LL
• Conduct socialization / introduction (safety induction) of Health, Safety and Environmental Protection (K3LL) in the company environment for new employees, contractors and guests.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the implementation of the Quality Management System and K3LL
• Maintain Quality Management System and K3LL documents and make improvements if necessary.
• Performing the right procedure in the event of a work accident / emergency.
• Responsible directly to the HSE Manager.
