Job summary

PT. Prima Solid Energik in Indonesia is seeking a Safety Officer to ensure K3/HSE standards across all work areas, conduct routine inspections, and identify hazards. You will monitor PTW/JSA compliance, lead safety inductions and toolbox talks, and prepare regular K3 reports.

The role requires at least a Diploma or Bachelor's in K3 or engineering and a minimum of 3 years' experience. Join our team to promote workplace safety through effective risk controls, PPE enforcement, and proactive safety

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in K3, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as Safety Officer/HSE Officer.
• Understanding of K3/HSE implementation in work environments.
• Understanding of HIRADC/IBPR, JSA, K3 SOP, and Permit to Work (PTW).
• Able to conduct hazard identification and risk assessment and provide control recommendations.
• Able to conduct safety inspections and ensure follow-up on findings.
• Understanding of use and supervision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Able to conduct safety induction, toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and K3 socialization.
• Able to conduct investigation of work accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of K3/HSE standards across all work areas
• Conduct routine inspections of area conditions, equipment, and work activities
• Identify potential hazards and ensure risk controls have been applied
• Ensure workers use PPE in accordance with work risks
• Conduct safety induction and toolbox meetings
• Monitor high-risk work and compliance with PTW/JSA
• Conduct reporting and investigation of accidents, incidents, and near misses
• Monitor completion of findings from K3 inspections/audits
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly K3 reports
• Assist in implementing training programs and workplace safety campaigns
