Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, 5 years of relevant experience, and MUST be certified as Ahli K3 Umum. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for influencing safety behavior at all levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Health and Safety management.
• Mandatory certification as Ahli K3 Umum (General OSH Expert) recognized by the Ministry of Manpower.
• Expert knowledge of K3 Regulations and Occupational Safety and Health standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive ESH management systems.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and regular site inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Ensure strict adherence to K3 Regulations and all relevant local and international safety standards.
