Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a Safety/HSE Staff (P2K3 Secretary) for our Jakarta logistics client. The role focuses on acting as the Secretary of the P2K3 committee, implementing K3 programs, conducting safety inspections, and reporting incidents.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Diploma, a Kemnaker-approved K3 certificate, and at least 2 years in HSE within logistics or manufacturing, with basic PC skills. English CV required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma required.
• Formal K3 qualification/certificate issued by the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) for official appointment as P2K3 Secretary.
• Eligible for registration as an Ahli K3 with an official appointment letter (SKP Ahli K3).
• More than 2 years of HSE experience in logistics or manufacturing.
• K3/Safety-related experience required.
• Basic PC skills.
• CV must be in English only.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety and health activities as the officially registered Secretary of the P2K3 with the labor office.
• Implement occupational health and safety programs and procedures in the workplace.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare reports.
• Organize and document P2K3 committee meetings and maintain official records.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees.
• Ensure compliance with Permenaker No. 13/2025 and other K3 regulations.
• Monitor and maintain safety equipment and emergency response systems.
• Prepare safety documentation and reports for regulatory authorities.
