Job summary

PT. WOOJIN CONSTRUCTION INDONESIA is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to develop and enforce safety policies across project sites in Indonesia.

You will lead risk assessments, site inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring compliance with K3 regulations and client requirements, while delivering safety training to staff and subcontractors. The ideal candidate has a D3/S1 in HSE or Engineering, 5–8 years in HSE management in construction, strong leadership and reporting skills, and

Qualifications

• D3/S1 in Occupational Health & Safety (K3) or Engineering.
• 5-8 years in HSE management, preferably in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and risk assessment.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site and travel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce HSE policies and programs across project sites.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action plans.
• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks for staff and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian K3 regulations and client requirements.
• Maintain safety documentation and reports.
