Job summary

Talent Insider is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) professional to lead policy strategy and ensure compliance across our client operations.

The role requires a bachelor degree in Science or Engineering, AK3/HSE qualifications, ISO experience, and 10 years in manufacturing HSE. You will audit, implement, and improve HSE systems and provide technical safety guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Science/Engineering (must)
• AK3/HSE qualification (must)
• 10 years of experience in Health, Safety and Environment in a manufacturing company
• Knowledge of HSE auditing techniques, industrial hygiene and ISO standards (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develops strategy for HSE policy and guidelines.
• Ensures HSE management system complies with standards.
• Oversees implementation, updating, review and auditing of HSE systems.
• Monitors the effective implementation of safety and environment system procedures.
• Conducts internal and external safety audits.
• Provides technical support on safety-related subjects.
