Tripatra is seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager to lead safety initiatives in Balikpapan, Indonesia. The role focuses on establishing a robust HSE management system across Oil & Gas operations and ensuring regulatory compliance and a strong safety culture.

You will develop strategies, implement policies, and oversee programs to protect employees, the environment, and company assets, requiring strong leadership and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (OHS, Env Science, Eng).
• At least 8 years of progressive HSE management experience in Oil & Gas.
• Deep knowledge of HSE legislation, standards, and best practices.
• Experience implementing HSE management systems (ISO 14001/ISO 45001).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct site audits and inspections for regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
