Job summary

SAMORA GROUP is seeking a seasoned HSE professional to lead health, safety and environmental initiatives at its Marunda, West Java site. The role requires extensive HSE expertise, supervisory experience, and a strong background in manufacturing environments.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree, a valid K3 Umum Certification, and demonstrate knowledge of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001, with strong leadership and communication skills to drive compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in HSE
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Supervisor
• Experience in manufacturing industry
• Valid K3 Umum Certification
• Knowledge of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001
• Expertise in environmental management
• Strong analytical, attention to detail and observation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to work at Marunda, West Java
