Job summary

Samudera Indonesia seeks an experienced HSE/QHSE leader to drive the company’s safety, health, and environment programs across all units. You will implement SMK3L policies, translate regulations into action, and mentor teams on safety practices. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Studies, Statistics, or Mathematics.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in QHSE.
Minimum of 3 years as a QHSE Supervisor/Section Head.
Understands setting up and implementing QHSE systems.
Experience in risk management frameworks and processes.
Ability to design investigation strategies (accidents, RCA).
Proficient in statistics-based analysis for QHSE performance.
Proficient in data analysis tools for safety, quality, and operations.
Proficient in spoken and written Business English.
Willing to be placed in Slipi, Jakarta Barat.

Responsibilities

Monitor implementation and review policies related to SMK3L in line with strategy.
Translate obligations to OHS regulations into the company HSE strategy.
Develop and enhance employee HSE awareness via campaigns and mentoring.
Monitor HSE programs across units and suggest improvements.
Design and implement SMK3L programs at corporate and unit levels.
Analyze HSE data trends to identify risks and driving improvements.
Ensure Integrated Management System implementation with risk control.
Engage in accident investigation and reporting based on facts.
