Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks a seasoned HSE professional to lead policy implementation and management systems, aligning local regulations with ISO standards (14001, 45001). The ideal candidate will coordinate risk assessments, JSA, and facility inspections to prevent incidents and improve safety performance.

You will conduct safety training, emergency drills, lead incident investigations, and ensure KPI reporting to stakeholders, fostering a proactive safety culture across operations in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and management systems to ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
• Risk Management: Conduct routine risk assessments, job safety analyses (JSA), and facility inspections to identify workplace hazards and implement corrective actions
• Training & Awareness: Facilitate daily or weekly safety briefings (toolbox talks), conduct staff inductions, and provide safety training (first aid, fire fighting, emergency response)
• Incident Investigation: Lead the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near-misses; identify root causes and preventive measures
• Emergency Preparedness: Coordinate and lead emergency response drills and maintain safety equipment
• Compliance & Reporting: Monitor HSE performance metrics, track KPIs, and submit regular compliance reports to stakeholders
• Safety Culture: Promote proactive safety culture and ensure proper PPE use and permit-to-work adherence
