Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a QHSE Manager to lead the design and implementation of quality, health, safety, and environment policies across the organization, with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.

You will drive Integrated Management System adoption, mentor teams, and participate in incident investigations while ensuring information security controls protect company assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety.
• Proven experience leading QHSE at Manager/Dept Head level.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore QHSE regulations.
• Ability to drive implementation & continuous improvement of QHSE systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement QHSE policies and procedures that comply with laws, regulations and industry standards.
• Ensure company compliance with all regulations related to quality, safety, health, and environment.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage risks related to QHSE in the company.
• Develop team members through mentoring, coaching, and counseling.
