Job summary

PT. Precision Pipe Indonesia is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the HSE Management System.

The role requires ensuring compliance with Indonesian HSE regulations and driving proactive safety initiatives across the manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include leading risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, and safety training, with a focus on continuous improvement and strong collaboration with authorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven HSE experience in manufacturing with strong leadership
• Expertise in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SMK3 compliance and audits
• Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, emergency response, and contractor safety management
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the HSE Management System.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian HSE regulations, environmental laws, and company policies.
• Lead HSE risk assessments, incident investigations, inspections, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Manage ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and SMK3 implementation, including internal and external audits.
• Develop safety procedures, emergency response plans, and environmental management programs.
• Monitor HSE performance through KPIs and provide regular reports to management.
• Conduct HSE training, safety campaigns, and promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
• Coordinate with government authorities, customers, and external auditors regarding HSE compliance
