Job summary

Samudera Indonesia seeks a seasoned QHSE leader to drive occupational health, safety and environmental programs across operations. You will translate regulations into the company’s HSE strategy, develop SMK3L initiatives, and mentor staff in HSE practices.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in QHSE, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity. Strong data analysis and English communication are essential, and placement in Slipi, Jakarta Barat is expected.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in QHSE
Experience as a QHSE Supervisor/Section Head for at least 3 years
Understanding of setting up and implementing QHSE system
Experience with risk management frameworks and processes
Ability to perform accidents inspection, investigation and RCA
Proficient in statistics-based analysis for QHSE performance
Proficient in converting data into actionable safety insights
Proficient in spoken and written Business English

Responsibilities

Monitor and review policies related to the Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System (SMK3L) per strategy.
Translate obligations related to safety and health regulations into the company's HSE strategy.
Enhance employee awareness in HSE through campaigns and mentoring.
Oversee HSE program execution across units and provide improvement guidance.
Design and implement SMK3L programs at corporate and unit levels.
Analyze HSE data trends to identify risks and improvement areas.
Ensure integration of an Integrated Management System and risk controls.
Foster commitment to comply with IMS requirements.
