Job summary

PT Asthanesia Global Investama is seeking an experienced HR leader to partner with business-unit leaders, translate strategy into people plans, and drive organizational health across multi-site operations in Indonesia.

The role requires 8–12 years in HR, including 3–5 years as an HRBP or HR manager, with strong capabilities in workforce planning, analytics, and change management. A Master's degree is preferred, and multi-entity experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of progressive HR experience across core functions.
• 3-5 years in HR Business Partner or HR managerial role.
• Multi-entity / multi-site experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business-unit leaders to translate strategy into people plans.
• Diagnose organizational health – headcount, attrition, span of control, engagement, and flight risk; recommend interventions.
• Drive workforce and manpower planning in collaboration with OD/TA to ensure the right talent in the right roles.
• Advise and coach line managers on people processes, performance, and employee-relations matters.
• Support organization design and change initiatives (including lean org redesign/2027 structure).
• Execute and monitor owned Human Capital Strategy initiatives, and facilitate talent review and succession planning per unit.
• Establish a people scorecard/dashboard and a regular HRBP operating rhythm (business reviews) with each unit.
