Job summary

PT Asthanesia Global Investama seeks a senior HR leader to shape organization design and development, aligning structure with strategy. You will drive manpower planning, implement end-to-end recruitment, and cultivate talent pools and succession programs.

You will also oversee job evaluation and grading, ensuring internal equity, and manage employer branding across channels to build strong talent pipelines globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred in Psychology, Management, HR, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5–8 years in Organization Development or Talent Acquisition with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with job evaluation, grading, manpower planning, and end-to-end recruitment.
• Ability to build employer branding and manage sourcing channels.
• Strategic thinking, stakeholder management, leadership, and results orientation.

Responsibilities
