Job summary

KEZIA KARIN Interior Design & Stylist is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive organizational development, talent management, and people strategy. You will oversee recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement while shaping compensation, benefits, and HR policies to support a high-performing studio culture.

Applicants should have a diploma or degree in psychology or HR, with a minimum of five years in HR, and strong knowledge of employment laws.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in Organizational Development & Talent Management
• Knowledge of HR strategy, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Good understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems

Responsibilities

• Lead HR, Organizational Development, and Talent Management initiatives aligned with studio goals
• Manage recruitment, talent development, performance, and employee engagement
• Develop career development and succession planning programs
• Build and maintain a high-performing and supportive workplace culture
• Develop and improve HR policies, systems, and organizational structure
• Manage compensation, benefits, and employee records
• Identify training needs and oversee development programs
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports for management
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
